Slow Food Melbourne is a dedicated local convivium that works with our local producers, growers, makers and other food organisations to champion resilient food systems through our projects.
Founded by Carlo Petrini in Italy in 1986, Slow Food is an international association that defends the cultural and agricultural biodiversity of food around the world. We celebrate and promote Good, Clean and Fair Food for all!
