Footscray has a growing population and the use of bicycles is commonplace.  Our plan is to collect donated bicycles from members of the community, repair them and provide them for free to children and those members of our community in need.

In order to be sustainable, we will also repair and sell recycled bicycles, plus provide important bike education to our community through practical school and community education programs.

Programs will include learn to ride, basic bicycle maintenance, plus a build a bike program and a bicycle exchange program for children, refugees and those in need.
