This year, Community Bank Seddon is supporting three students in their journey toward achieving their education dreams through our scholarship program.

We are welcoming back Brendon after a well-deserved gap year, as he returns to study a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in International Studies) at Melbourne University.

We were also pleased to meet Sundus and Youssif, who both successfully completed Year 12 at Mt Alexander College in 2022. Youssif is looking forward to heading to RMIT to study a Bachelor of Applied Science (Project Management) this year.

Meanwhile Sundus will be studying to become a nurse at Deakin University while also working part-time at Collingwood Football Club. Coincidentally, Sundus participated and then volunteered in The Huddle’s school holiday program, which the branch now sponsors. She made such a positive impression, the team at The Huddle were more than happy to recommend her for a position at Collingwood via their Game Changers Program.

Looking forward to seeing what this group of motivated and inspirational young people achieve this year. We can’t wait to provide an update.
