Melbourne Telangana Forum’s Festival of Flowers (Bathukamma) is a highly colourful and vibrant festival originating from the Telangana region of India. It is the celebration of women through heralding the beauty of nature using floral displays that symbolise Telangana’s cultural identity.

This year the festival celebrates its seventh Bathukamma Festival of Flowers in Melbourne’s West.

The festival continues to promote cultural awareness, peace and harmony and multiculturalism.
