This year our branch team have chosen to support the combined efforts of West Welcome Wagon and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre to deliver Christmas gifts to the homes of over 500 families throughout the Melbourne’s West.

From the 24th October – 24th November, we will be welcoming toy donations for 0 – 17 year olds (especially those older teenagers who often miss out). West Welcome Wagon will be be collecting the gifts by the end of the month so volunteers will have time to sort and wrap the gifts so they can then be delivered directly to the homes of families.

This year volunteer support has been down by 40% across all variety of community organisations, so West Welcome Wagon are also welcoming volunteers to support with gift wrapping and deliveries.
