FCAC’s Emerging Cultural Leaders (ECL) program is a five-month mentorship program for artists and cultural facilitators who live, work or are connected to Melbourne’s west. The 2019 ECL program runs from June to November 2019. Participants work through a series of curated activities and receive ongoing mentorship for their own activities.

Applications open: Monday 1 April
Applications close: Wednesday 1 May, 5pm
