Events

Women and girls of all ages can exercise and socialise together in this female only environment. Relax in the spa and warm water exercise pool, or participate in the aqua aerobics class.

Our women’s only program is held on select Sunday evenings 6:30pm-8:30pm (7pm-9pm during daylight savings). Boys aged under 6 are also welcome.
