Every Sunday at Hotel Westwood in Footscray from 4pm to 10pm curated by James Young and Denise T (who presents her ‘Twang’ alternative country radio show on Triple R on Saturday afternoons) we bring you Country & Westwood, a celebration of Country & Western, Hillbilly, No Depression Country, Rockabilly, Outlaw Country and roots influenced music.

DJ Denise Twang spins the tunes in our sunny Beer Garden from 4pm onwards, where you can enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, beers and nachos, tacos, fries and empanadas. Inside our Band Room from 7pm we have live music with respected local artists playing two one-hour sets that are sure to get your toe-tapping. You might even find yourself line-dancing the weekend away. Just some of our performing artists include James Ellis & The Jealous Guys, The Rechords, The Westernairs, Hank’s Jalopy Demons and The Westernairs. Last, but not least, it’s free entry!
